 Renting a machine from us can be a convient way to have a spot removed or just clean your office over the weekend at your pace. Here are a few things you should know about should you have a problem with the unit while in your care.

 

Thanks to modern technology our units contain small tracking devices whick track and disply thier current location. This allows us to recover units when they have lost thier way home. Unfortunatly, this service costs a fee to track down the locators. If you run across a legtimate situation of theft of the unit. Call us imeadiatly and let us know the unit number (A1-0000) we will activate the tracker and take the appropriate steps to locate the unit. The charge for this is $27.00. Extinuating circumstances will be considered as they arise.

Returning equipment CLEAN.

Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was rented in. A 15.00 charge may apply if its not.

Damages to the equipment. 

Any damage to the equipment will be estimated and charged to the card on file. The value of the machine is $789.00. You will recieve a copy of the estimate for repair by mail/ email. We use only oem parts and labor is estimated at $80 per hour. If the machine is beyond repair or not returned you will be contacted by us for the full replacement cost above.

 

Deposit.

For weekday appointmrnts no deposit will be held for holding an appointmnt. When we drop off the machine a charge of 240.00 will be placed on your card. The remainder of the deposit will be returned by cash or charge on the day of pickup if no late fees or extra charges are incurred. A cash deposit may also be used (350.00) plus the rental fee.
